@Vahlee HI. it's doable but it would be very complicated, because it would almost be like doing them from scratch. Considering this set took me almost 2 years of work. unfortunately there is always little free time to dedicate to it.
However, if you use the Adaptive Network Mod, I have add an option to remove the markings which you can then redraw with the Intersection Marking Tool
