The in-game demonstration footage goes by too fast and it's not zoomed in enough to really see what it looks like. Can you make a simple video of the effect applied to the mercenary, and not having the camera rotating 360?

I already have this effect on a Woolen Warmer. It's called Sparkling Lights.

I read this as "★ Unusual Effect: Autism" when I first read it.

A big thing why i don't think this will get in is how close it steps on the toes of Community sparkles. I think a change up might needed but i do like the effect.

promo imagery have way too much going on, and as for the unusual itself, its pretty run of the mill "rainbow hue shift" on sparkles. hopefully you will improve over time.

Huh. A genuinely classy unusual effect that isn't just random neon swirls or "random png" circling around head. I really like it! A small gripe I have with it is that I think the changing colors seems too much, even for an unusual effect.
