and the thing about replacing the model is that its tricky to do replacements for a mutiplayer source game as ragdolls are handled by both the client and server, if the collision mesh and ragdoll settings are not 1:1, it will break in multiplayer.

Id like to make HD Cheaple compatible in multiplayer too down the line but havent really felt like sitting down to do it.

this only reskins the playermodel version of corpse not the hl2 ragdoll

You should make a version for the playermodel that makes it use the default citizen playermodel clothes, I think that would look really good

Using real gore in games is nothing new, developers have the "Nightmare Folder" filled with reference material and some get adapted into textures like Corpse, Valve used to upkeep one until L4D2 where they shifted to potato skins because the employees were getting mentally disturbed from the real gore that was to show on the infected in it.

It reskins the default corpse playermodel to go with the reskin of the original model.

spent like several hours trying to make the mask for playercolors perfect, the texturesheet is a mess, it still has errors but are super difficult to fix.
