I have a team of people from Australia, Zimbabwe (ex-Rhodesian army), Serbia, and Lebanon so far. I might hire a Liberian Warlord next. Or perhaps a Kenyan medic who has UN peace-keeping experience in similar regions. The RP possibilities are endless now.
It's great, as well, because it allows one to tie the in-game story with events that really happened in the early 2000s, and it makes the game so much more compelling.

This was a very specific issues about special characters in filenames of countries and their id´s in the game. it would always work extracted after trying to edit the mod. but it always broke when downloaded from workshop and left unextracted.
yes there is a particular reason for this:

According to ISO1366 country codes Viet Nam is correct !
