Yeah, .vmts aren't the base textures... more like guidelines as to where the .vtfs should go...

A light model. The game won't be crying out in pain. Hopefully, you continue this with the rest of the characters. I still wanna see a proper implementation of Soap.

There's some errors on the model's .vmts, that's what causes the missing textures. For now just wait on the author's fixes :steamhappy:

@Vrillified: You shouldn't be editing the other properties of the texture unless the author told you explicitly which ones to fiddle around with so they properly show up.

I'm not sure what you mean by varying levels of effect and texture.

If you've already done the steps of unsubscribing from all mods, wiping Steam's cache, and unsubscribing from any other Bill addons - Then wait to see what other options that the author has.

Model replacements/addons to existing addons can be iffy and there might be extra files that'll make the process difficult if you tamper without the author knowing. Wait for their response to see what other steps they can take. If they don't respond, set up a discussion thread so others who may have this bug can report the same problem.
