added fuel gauge above engine

Sorry, i don't know why i didn't notice before but i fixed a hull-gap issue that was causing poor ballast performance after taking on water and draining.

Thanks, and i did fix a few things more than what is in the picture. added a docking ladder, automatic hull repair system, ballast flora removal system ( though not as nice as some types). Realigned the back fins to match. A few other equipment changes and making sure things are stocked correctly.
