Just wanted to say I love this mod. The method of explaining chance to hit like this is a feature that should have been in the game from the start - so thank you for making the mod. :steamthumbsup:

I find it great to have information on the chance to hit but respecting the idea of the dev not to give the exact number, thank you for that. I personnaly think there are too many steps which provide almost the same Level of information than the number itself.

This mod conflicts with Rato's explosive overhaul where it blocks the mods change from mishap to accuracy informational when aiming a grenade.

В стареньком Custom Setting (fix который многие пользуют по сей день) ставят только из-за процентов, которые высчитываются кодом ванили, но было решено разрабами не включать для игорьков. Там проценты пишутся на каждую часть тела цели сразу, а не в окне фрейме. Окно мешает, когда вся инфа на мишени загорается. И выбор бывает не очевиден.

Can confirm same issue when "Show labels on body parts" turned on. No accuracy window and the "Esc" key does not function. I also use Rato's GBO mod.

So yeah, I don't know if friday's update to that mod ('fixed selective fire recoil display bug') has anything to do with it, but with your new labels and/or labels on bodyparts active, this mod seems to conflict with rato's overhaul now where it didn't before. Does that help narrow it down?

No problem. It appears to be Rato's gameplay and overhaul. With both of them active, the bug occurs.

Sorry, I just tested it again, and I don't have any problem with the mod anymore with a new game and only this mod active exclusively, but in conjunction with my other mods the problem occurs still. I'll try and find the mod conflicts.

Yeah, it's the same. As long as 'new labels' and/or 'labels on bodyparts' are activated, no aiming window appears when trying to aim. The merc can still shoot without aim levels then, though if you then choose another merc to shoot with, the game tries to shoot again with the one you had selected before. Plus, ESC doesn't work anymore, you can only enter the menu per mouseclick. I think it also caused my roofs to not become transparent anymore when mercs go inside. Not sure if there's actually no bugs at all without those two options actice, but I'm certain it's fine when you keep the mod active but turn all options off. Hope this helps you narrow it down a bit?

Just uploaded a new version with a change hopping to fix the problem.

If the problem persists I'll try to revert the changes until I can figure out what is causing the issue

Took me a while to figure out the offending mod that broke my game, but yeah, it's descriptive CTH, sadly. Specifically, if I turn off the new labels and accuracy on bodyparts options, it still seems to work; with either or both active, I get the bug.

The mod is completely broken now. If we aim, the camera switches but there is no option to do anything and the game is just stuck. Cant even hit ESC or anything.

The new labels are enabled by default. If you want to use the previous ones, go to Mod Options and disable them.

- Added a new set of labels that are better distributed at the end points of the probability range
- Improved performance
- Mod options now change dynamically. No need to restart.

This mod does not affect the chance to hit in any way. What it does is to give you a description of your chance to hit. Based on the stat of your choosing, the description is more accurate.

Thank you for creating and maintaining this mod. It is a wonderful middle ground between vanilla and a numeric cth. Fixed my number 1 issue with how information is presented to the user.

This mod only changes the way the info is displayed so it should be compatible with mods that change CTH. I, admitedly, have not tested it with any mod that changes/adds new bonuses to CTH, but as I said, as long as that mod doesn't mess with the way bonuses are displayed, it should be ok

Excellent mod, I really like this as a compromise!
I was wondering though, is there a way I could tweak the mod to /only/ show the modifiers? I'd still like to play mostly blind, but knowing things like a head shot is 3x more of a penalty than an arm shot feels super useful. I'm currently playing with the mod on temporarily just so I can learn a few things (I didn't fully understand the range bar under the aim UI until the mod helped me experiment!)

What mod options are you using?

Even though the stealth kill indicator is something my mod overwrites, but keeps the same functionality, it is possible that something outside the mod is making it glitch. I haven't had any issues and any glitches with my mod and I play with every option active for play testing purposes.

I'll try to find what causes the issue.

Additional info:
after the UI Glitch, the personal sidejobs do not appear upon spawn on a map.

Found an issue:
Every so often, the descriptive menu would simply stop displaying when attempting to aim.
It seems to occur after some other UI glitch appears, in my case it was after a brief UI glitch on the Sat Map.

The "show chances on limbs" help, but the chances to stealth kill/crit don't show.

It's the chance of mishap. It's the same as the original label. The game is reporting the chance of mishap, only that they apply another labels to the different chances

The explosive mishap description is confusing. When it says "Likely", is it likely to hit or mishap?
