To answer your question Jack, it's any of the southern hivers in the southern hive territory, they all randomly roll for personalities even in vanilla, except now instead of them being silent when freed or bought (as they previously lacked dialogues packages) they will have dialogue lines that will hint at their personality and if they are traitorous there's a good chance they'll decide they have better odds with you than their hive.

Hi Anrhaa to recruit the hivers you need to free a southern hiver from the southern hive faction with a traitorous personality from Prison, Slavery of fogmen poles and there's a % chance they will join you regardless of their stats (like shek beserkers).

The real challenge is that if you want to go out and get a bunch of southern hivers you'll probably have to go through a few until you find one willing to defect and join you. It's worth noting this mod only affects the dialogue packages of southern hivers and doesn't in any way add new bar recruits or change the southern hivers that spawn in slave cages in the UC.
