I'm not entirely sure how boots can be hard or not? Maybe with some footstep sound mod?
If you meant "bots" aka the AI, then it is intended behaviour with the AI mod used (Vcom). You can maybe try disabling it and see if the mission loads without it, haven't tried myself. Other than that there should be a way to nerf them via the mod's addon options, just make sure to overwrite mission settings with them.

There's no slots available to slot into when you launch the mission - make sure all the roles are playable.

same with dudu8la when i need to select the role after i started the server you can't choose the role to play for

When you go to select your rol after starting the server but before getting in to the mission nothing appears

Hello, one of the dependencies got deleted off the workshop. Thankfully there is a reupload by someone but I don't know how long that's going to hold up... Just to be safe I'm going to download it for myself in case that gets deleted too. Thanks for letting me know!

Can't edit so I'll just follow up immediately - I should clarify that I started by checking for missing mods, and I have all required mods loaded. Initially I was missing the optional mods, so I installed all of the optional mods to see if that would work. That didn't work, so I uninstalled every mod other than the required and optional mods for this map. That still didn't work so I tried the copying the mod order from the dependencies list, that still didn't work - at that point I came here to ask for help.

I'm fairly new to Arma and haven't messed with modding much, probably just missing something obvious but would love for someone to point out what exactly it is I'm doing wrong.

Depends on what you want to change... Most of the vic stuff is hardcoded via UnitCapture and all units are prespawned with various triggers. So I don't really see the reason of why or what you would even be changing.

If you insist tho, you can obviously look up ways to locate and unpack pbo files and then have a look at the mission in eden. But if you were to actually change something and publish the mission, please make sure it's clear to anyone that it is a modification of this, thank you.

Уся проблема в моді на продвинуту медицину.
Щоб вбити ворога, треба йому пару магазинів 5.45 засадити. І не факт, що він здохне.
Гранати вбивають тільки тебе. Бо навіть 4 штуки, кинуті в нору, не гарантують анігіляцію ворога.

Ідіотський мод на пригнічення. Боти по тобі стріляють і у тебе заблюрений екран. Проте ця штука на них не діє. Виходить дуже незбалансована штука.

Ey, the mission still works correctly for me... From what you are describing, it seems to me like an issue with the "Squad Ukraine" mod, which includes a lot of MM_14 camo uniforms as well as other similarly pattern'd gear. Just check if you have that mod installed correctly. (Ukrainian Factions Project also contains some MM14 stuff I think but I don't think that would've been the problem)

I might be dumb, but I tried playing the scenario alone and there was no roles to pick there was something that said "You cannot play/edit this mission; it is dependent on downloadable content that has been deleted. MM_14_UAF" I am not sure what that is, can someone explain to me what addon is required?

ai is a bit dumb but if you capture a trench and advance alone the armored vehicle will bring reinforcements. amazing mission

you can play alone, just gotta select the mission like this:
Head to the server browser > host server > select the map Novogorsk > select and play my mission

can you play in singleplayer mode?
