Uh, It's a mod for half-life that's REEEALLY OLD (no kidding this came out in 1999) It's an horror zombie apocalypse mutant mod, Really good. Also I think the hunger is that the zombies came alive looking for food.

Also I remember there being a bodygroup to remove the gloves and I'm not sure if it's this addon's fault that it's missing but I just wanted to point that out.

I think I know which addon you mean, it's called "Turn C-Hand model into Playermodel", and I have used it before and still do, but I asked for C_hands just in case you were willing to add them.

The player model has no C_hands however I do know an add on if you want to apply some C hands
