If you use the animation tools linked here: https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/workshop/filedetails/?id=104604709 you can use the standing tool and the animation tools to fix it. There's an animation specifically named "reference" to get them into a perfect t-pose. Hope it helps.
