I disabled your mod, I still got the same problem. So sorry for bothering you. I'm thinking this might be an issue with installing IM Harmony itself. It wasn't something that existed last time I played the game...
I installed IM-Harmony exactly as instructed on the Github page, and it shows up as actively appearing when I go to the game menu, and I enabled my mods thru the Harmony page.
However now when I hold an audition, first thing in a fresh save, no girls show up at all. It's just a blank screen with a finish button.
I have about 700 hrs in IM played but IM Harmony and this mod are the only one I installed in a long time since I haven't played for some time now. Most of my other mods are just ones that add a variety of other possible idols/girls to show up although there are a few that have gameplay functions.
Thank you! I for one wouldn't mind Idol Twins.

Ah! it's fixed now!
The game had a limit to prevent girls that looked identical that I missed. Now there's a chance of getting 2 girls looking exactly the same though.
It now requires the ModMenus mod to work.
It used to work, but when I played it recently it stopped working...
