I have checked the issue again and it seems like he is referring to the damage stat of the he missiles which cannot be read in her/his case because it is a new data type due my new added buff system. So she/he has to change the referring or prob add a self defined damage value there.

Well you can disable the vanilla functionality plus mod and it should be work with any other mod I guess.
But the vanilla one is overwriting many core files of the game which may break other mods.
More likely related to DIGI's mod too. So at best reach out to him/her cause he will most likely be able to fix this issue.

you can just use the core mod with these mods if you want to. The vanilla plus mod comes with some incompabilities with other mods, yes.

Janis Shipyard is incompatible with this mod, also GA is incompatible, I can live without those though

Cosmoteer has just been updated and the new version is incompatible with the core Pack, I will fix that soon.
Till then you can go to propertys -> betas -> and select and older version of the game to keep playing
