Not really sure I understand the intent of the puzzle - There's a lot of elements that seemingly don't have a use, or can be entirely skipped? The laser cube (why is it a laser cube?) can easily be retrieved by jumping from the ball button to shoot a portal and then jumping over the goo for the other portal surface, and acquiring the other cube is easy enough.

I'd recommend more thoroughly playtesting your puzzles, and maybe try to find multiple uses for each element you place down.
