changed unit count on pit fighters and shield maiden to match other similar tier unit counts.
changed bondsmen and reavers hp.
changed valkyrie hp and upped it to 2 unitcount instead of 1.
gave custom caps to Valkyrie, Hydra, and Maidens.
Fixed some outdated _building_units_allowed table issues.

also they are missing "weather the Storm" passive. This can easily be corrected by changing their assigned abilitygroup to the same as Marauders Hunters (Javelins) for example.

If you read the description I did not update the stats for Devi’s huskarls cause SFO already has its own version of them. I also disabled Deco’s in the campaign because of this. I have no plans on making them useable at this time.
They're only recruitable in the minor settlement main building, not the capital main building. You may want to fix that, i get the feeling it wasn't intended. Same with Bondsmen.
