brightness too high, that`s why i`m crashing, but on other maps brightness is normal

as an old SAMP player i must say i love the map, but there is too much brightness thats lagging my pc with decent specs... On ultra and all i have 40 fps, but on normal map or another steam map i have always fps limit and dosen`t go below that. Heard you doin` some updates, look about that. ALSO i can`t see the driving lines, and im crashing, its not because my settings.
