I was trying to record and all of the props in the map kept flinging and fell everywhere and is following me... i would hear a little girl breathing and screaming in the house... then all the sudden the windows shattered and then i saw a figure outside the window! then it was gone!? i crapped my pants when i saw that! then i finally decided to quit the game to just say to myself "Heck no i'm not making a video about this map!" and now here i am making a post! What a baby i am LOL T_T

If anyone is having a "Glossy Glass" problem, it is most likely an issue with the cubemap. There's not anything that you can do (that I know of) to fix this.

I have every major game mounted and yet much of the map is missing for me. pink textures everywhere. What could be going on?

Ya I can confirmed that its not a mod problem, because even with all mods uninstalled besides the map the glass and other textures have missing textures, and they all seem very glossy. I have CSGO, CSS, TF2, LFD2, HL2 + Episodes all mounted and still the map has the missing textures.

Bug that I Encountered:

- One of the houses far away has purple and black textures on the door and the windows but when i go near the house it does not appear but if i move further back, the purple and black textures appear again on the door and windows

In options go to video, advanced and at the bottom under HDR click Full

How do you enable HDR?

You have to play the map in HDR. No idea why it happens. Restart the map when you apply it.

my map is full bright, i did notice that mat_fullbright was set to 1. but when i set it to 0, nothing happened. so i decided to restart the map and the value got reset back to 1. I read the description and didn't find anything of use, do you know why this is?
