I found the problematic mod, it was Project 6T Grand Eras. Unfortunately, that is my favourite overhaul mod and I could not get this mod to not crash alongside it, even after updating both of them. I'm sure I used to play these two together as well, and there have been no issues at all with your other mods (beyond some personal issues with balance, but that's a separate issue and one I can live with). Any idea what the cause might be or any way to get them to work alongside each other?

@Nutty31 Check all DLL related mods you have subscribed to, and then update or unsubscribe from these mods.
DLL Mod like: Workable 4th Ring, Districts Don't Remove Yields, Azur Lane-Dll Core, Fix Overflow Science and Culture NG and Wandering Witch: The Journey of Elaina.

This mod causes the game to crash to desktop when starting a new game. Doesn't seem to generate a log, only error given is as follows:

Then the leader interface turns black and changes to the Egyptian voice. Moreover, the Heroes, Great Men, and Religion interfaces cannot be opened. Returning to the main interface will also report an error, 0X13f9cf8f. The leader of the White Eagle Federation also turned into a bunch of gibberish, and the leader's color also changed.
