The concept itself isn't bad, but looking at the screenshots, it just doesn't look good in the game

Ill be real chief, I hate the cherry blossom skins so I am biased. However this is just wayyyyy too bright. I get its close to life but it just doesn't fit well and its kinda ugly. I do dig the wood texture though, its pretty good and if need be easily transferable to a different skin attempt.

way way way too bright man, id recoment a darker pink or team colours instead of the bright pink and also making the white look more birch coloured

the color palette seems way to bright. also, while the wood texture seems alright, the flowers look kinda odd when compared to the TF2 artstyle. i also think an older warpaint called Hana did a similar concept with cherry blossoms.
