the only thing i don't like is how only the co-pilot can use the gun and search light on the police helicopter but other than that it's a pretty cool addon

You're not understanding. If you are able to provide me the car models that are already ported into source and are ready to go, then yes I will do it. Otherwise I can't. I'm not a modeler and I can't port cars myself. Sorry.
