now there is 2 versions csgo (counter strike global offensive) and csgo_legacy in the betas tab, wtf do i pick!

legacy version is now inaccesible due to "Valve", and it gives fatal errors now.

PSA to all here you can click on cs2 in youre library and choose csgo legacy in the betas tab and you should all be able to stil play this using that

Okay, played this with friends before cs2. today i just downloaded csgo_legacy and played it solo. we need this to cs2, its actually insane how good and fun this is.

If yall wanna play csgo just go to betas in properties and select csgo legacy in beta options, if u want skins u need to change a file number, search it up on YouTube, I think you go to csgo>steam.inf then you need to change client version and something else version to a number, you can also play csgo coop strike maps, they are re uploaded on the steam workshop by ppl and the official csgo workshop acc.

@Thundermonkeyftw I heard that custom maps is not the problem but more so the custom scripts this map runs not being supported in source 2

Will this be updated? cs2 just added the ability to add custom maps again?
