Most of them clutter up in the middle of the (unexplored) map. However, it only occurs whenever the game is loaded. Despite that, it's not game-breaking (yet) but extremely annoying to deal with.
love every single one of your mods
It just occurred to me on this play-through:
Why no amenities surplus/deficit display on the city bar? There's room up-left of the population number. I'm usually low on amenities, though, so I may be more likely to readily need this information.
Initially, I thought it was a problem encountered in the past where the game would freeze without reason, so I tried to follow some of the guides out there on the internet and play without civilization state and other exploits.. finally.. just before the game froze, I discovered that it was this MOD causing it to freeze. but I didn't understand why though. I disabled it and the game resumed working normally.
Have you found which mod conflicted with CQUI?

For example in "general" the first line is in French and the second one is in German "Zeige Politik-Erinnerungs-Pop-Up". The third and fourth lines are in english and the last is in German again.
I just wanted to point out that just like @GingerTea, I play in French and have some notifications in German language. Also the CQUI parameters menu in game has a lot of German mixed with English.
