now it has update and the same thing appears, cant create Vault Command: Fallout Weapons

i keep getting a invalid Vault Command: Fallout Weapons cant be created. so i just added Vcom to the mod list

as such, all reaction shots default to the fastest shot until you engage the enemy in normal circumstance.

i think the choice firing mode for reaction fire is something you set be selecting the weapon -entering aim mode- and then choosing the firing option as noted by the recital. then deselecting from aim mode.

The only problem I have with this mod and the Ballistics Only Mods is with SMGs. They are given the same firing options as rifles, snap, normal, etc. The problem is when they Op Fire they snap shot, which frequently isn't enough to stop an alien. Well, they generally snap shot, I haven't played with either mod long enough to see if they might burst fire, I have seen rifles do so.

Ah, I see. Only played a couple of Fallout games, Tactics and one other early one. And those were a long time ago.

in fallout the p90 uses either the 10mm or 9mm round depending on game version.i opted for the 9mm round

Okay, it works so far. Only used the G11E so far. Wanted to try FN P90, but no provision to manufacture 5.7mm, did you give it another caliber?

Hmm, just managed to activate it in game, but cannot update. Same warnings when I try to do that. NOw to see if it runs in game.

One other thing, when I unzipped it using 7Zip, it had a warning: that there is data after payload data?

Tried it, it's now in mod folder, but same result, sorry.

within the VCOM zip file, is there a folder that is also labeled as VCOM? if it is there, simply drag it from the zip folder into the mods directory. if it's not there and it is named something else, rename it to VCOM and try it again

I am not particularly computer literate despite my age. What file should I rename, and change it to what? The folder is labeled 'VCOM', it's in the assets/mods folder, and I simply used 'Extract Here'.

that's strange, the install should be labeled simply VCOM

Tried extracting to /mods. When trying to INSTALL, 2 error messages pop up.
First error message says: Unable to write on "assets/mods" directory. Check program's permissions.
Second message says:Directory 'assets/mods/Vault Command: a Fallout Weapons pack' couldn't be created (error 267: the directory name is invalid)
