Way too saturated + detailed. tf2 uses bold shapes rather then a lot of small details. Looks off

Unfortunatly i don't think Valve will do so it replaces Heavy's default Bullet Belt.

Although it looks better, I disagree with this being added as a cosmetic. It just bumps the quality of the bullets without adding anything different worth noting, (omg he made the bullet slightly bigger!!1!) but I would still love to see this added as a replacement.
