And awesome @grahdo, if you need a tester just add me and shoot me a message! More than willing to lend a hand if needed.
Some optimization needs done, before the AI update I was able to run the map fine with all my mods on a cheap work laptop, now it won't even boot and the map sits at 2GB now. I presume a good portion of folk won't be able to play the map until the template_entity issue is fixed with the buildings and structures. Cause each item and building is a map entity; which drags on performance and processing drastically.
I love this map, I love the concept and I absolutely love the path it's taking. But it truly needs some fixing; and rigging the structures into the map itself. If all structures and props we're formulated into the map, it'd cut the file size by half and even potato PCs can run at 30+ FPS.
EDIT: Tested this map on a beefy PC rig as well, even with that I sit at 14FPS or less.

Add a underground tunnel system that adds into the bunker system you included in future features, a couple different bunkers to access would open a lot of roleplay options.
Even though three cities is nice, try and fit a smaller town in or possibly a couple military checkpoints.
If at all possible, expand the map; having more forestry and mountains to cover would spice this map up a ton!
On a side note, after this map; you though about making a Namalsk or Livonia themed map? Maybe even Deer Isle or Banov?
