Beautiful asset, just too dark for me. Almost looks black unless it's in direct sunlight.

@ kareemellis YES! I'll go +1 on all those buildings along with Bon Marche/Macy's department store would be great along with King Street Station for trains. O ,O, O,...Pike Place Market not that I have a bias for all things Seattle...:steamhappy:

@Gilded Age Thanks! Mirroring it wouldn't be as easy as you imagine. The model can be flipped easily but the textures cannot be flipped as the normals would be incorrect. All the textures would need flipping individually and re-aligned. If you want to commission me to do that I'm happy to give you a quote.

Beautiful. Would be nice to have a mirrored version of it for opposite corner. Could be double bang for your buck under 5% additional effort invested.
