I'm not seeing the button appear in the top-left hand corner of the game. I am generating tourism so it should appear. I do have other mods installed (annex city-state, quick deals, etc.) that add buttons to the top left. Any idea on how to get it to appear?

UPDATE: Button still isn't appearing in the top-left hand corner, but I did notice and set up a keyboard binding for the mod and it works! I have a Loupedeck Live and use the Civ 6 profile from the marketplace and have added custom shortcuts to it so I'll just access the tourism overview mod from there in case my button doesn't eventually appear, but just wanted to let OP know in case it is an issue with other mods, or if anyone else has the same problem!

@arkantos21 You can localise by putting the Localisation text to the mod file. Please refer to the Japanese Localisation. I am mentioning the file you should put the text in.
Or just wait until sukritact would apply it.

Yep. I always disable Cultural victory because it's just too easy to obtain.

Something I've always been curious:

If you disable Culture victory - do you still amass Tourism/Culture with effects? (as in, cultural dominance that they added around the time of New Frontier pass).

That reminds me back on Civ V: Brave New World and the Tourism Screen overhaul.

Thanks, just the screenshot helped make tourism make more sense in Civ 6. The UI in Civ 5 made it easy to understand tourism - don't know why they decided to make the screen in Civ 6 so confusing. This will be a big help!
