Put the archive content in the existing folders like "workshop" or "usermod". Otherwise check paths in the "gameinfo.ini" inside "usermod" folder or launch SFM SDK.

Or just google how to install mods for SFM. If nothing works, God bless you.

Have a bit of an issue, put the file folder in the correct spot but it's not displaying the models, even after a refresh. Some help would be appreciated.

I put things in the right places I believe, though scout only has the White and Black variants and no Sand or Blue or Red camo.. Any way to fix that? (I'm not the best at this stuff)

These look awesome, however I've ran into a bit of a problem. I've downloaded the files from the link, and copied the materials and models into the correct folders, however the female scout for example is missing her ponytail and eyes, and I can't for the life of me figure out how to fix it.
