I checked and it is displayed in Japanese, not English, with no problem.
Is the language setting in Rimworld set correctly to Japanese?
If it is still in Chinese, create a Simplified or Traditional Chinese folder and then copy the folders in the Japanese folder into it, and it should display.

i test jp trans pack but Hawkia still show eng item in game.
