Ok so tier wise, he's not vanilla at all. The kit is globaly balanced oriented, but the lack of endlag on almost every option makes the character really stronger than intended I think. I love this character, it's one of my 2 favorites, but he's overtune I think

people hate furry stuff getting modded in because while its stupidly easy to make stuff into furry stuff, its stupidly difficult maintain it to a healthy amount, its very invasive.
