@khalkhedra

Thank you man that solved my issue.
khalkhedra 13. apr. kl. 6:01
@nakhrin
Try enabling the mod by adding the mod ID to default.txt in Zomboid-mods directory and then start the game.
nakhrin 9. apr. kl. 9:06
When I want to use it it is always greyed out? Why it is happening?
marshmallow justice 12. mar. kl. 2:46
how come when doing this in the Server mod manager section it doesnt have move up by 5, 10,25, etc like the main menu?
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 17. jan. kl. 6:22
Hmm, if it's implementing what B41's Mod Manager already has onto B42's, then even I might be able to get it working. No promises, but I'll take a look. Otherwise, I think its very likely people will make mods for the menus now that its not an old mod unmaintained by an absent developer, especially if the UI's easier to understand.

Glad to know the vanilla auto sorter works as intended. I was just wondering if there will be anyone that will further improve on the vanilla mod manager because even tho it is better compared to the older version it still lacks a lot, for example, sorting the mods (i used to use a lot the sort options of the mod manager mod to to see the newly added ones so I didn't need to scroll all over my mods to search all the ones I had added), hide mods etc.
Does anyone knows if a mod to improve the now vanilla mod manager is being made or planned?
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 17. jan. kl. 1:08
Yes, this mod is not needed for Build 42, as TIS has generously added their own mod manager. After I play enough of B42, I will finish adding remaining translations, link the newer mod manager add-ons in the description for sorting and such, and basically archive this for any remaining B41 players.
Valkerion™ 12. jan. kl. 21:48
@Kaoeutsu there is mod order auto sort functionality in vanilla now that so far works 100% for my ~150 mods without doing anything but hitting the button.
Kaoeutsu 10. jan. kl. 15:30
I hope this mod gets updated for B42, I can't stand having to manually sort my mods again

Absolutely Neccesary Mod
Briar 8. dec. 2024 kl. 23:35
Could you please add a search bar to the load order?
Elder 8. dec. 2024 kl. 21:45
Maps priority order is grayed out, how do i use that?
Primedew 22. nov. 2024 kl. 8:34
damn..i came here to request the same feature ....a simple search bar for the load order which may or may not be simple:steamfacepalm:
Sayokhan 9. nov. 2024 kl. 13:03

ShwankyPants 27. okt. 2024 kl. 18:20

Kast 15. okt. 2024 kl. 10:19
I have a list of 200-300 mods and it does not save the position order of the mods I move.
Blastmetal 1. sep. 2024 kl. 1:53
Your my fricking Hero man iv been looking for somthing like this forever !!!!!
i could kiss ya.
Thank you so much for managing this absolute gem of a mod.
✙ÇŘŪŚÃĐĘŖ 25. aug. 2024 kl. 0:30
I beg you, make some kinda of search or filter in the mod load order, it takes ages to naviage through big mod packs lol
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 12. aug. 2024 kl. 17:25
@Jold
No worries, I'm glad you figured out your issue!
Jaxdris 12. aug. 2024 kl. 17:16
Uhm sorry i forgot to delete my comment i already tested it and it wasn't the mods fault
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 12. aug. 2024 kl. 16:03
@Jold
It shouldn't. Test it without this mod
Jaxdris 12. aug. 2024 kl. 5:52
Does this mod change the maps priority order UI in anyway? Cause many map mods are not displaying there on my game
_ScorpioN_ 14. maj 2024 kl. 14:54
Guys, when I enter "MODS" on main menu, I don't see mod manager functions. Why? I already created my server settings and logged in, but I want to organize my order, HELP PLEASE!
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 5. maj 2024 kl. 21:34
@Herr Jordel
That is a problem with Mod Manager, not this. This mod just adds buttons. If the problem does stop though when you disable this mod, then it'll matter.
Herr Jordel 5. maj 2024 kl. 17:56
Hello there! i'm not sure if this has been reported before but on large mod-lists the order won't save properly. It keeps changing the position of many mods, even after correcting and making another preset the same issue keeps presenting. Wish i had any suggestions or could help solve it but i have no idea what could be happening
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 8. apr. 2024 kl. 10:54
@Siberian Frontier
You do not want auto mod sorting for load orders, believe me
Siberian Frontier 8. apr. 2024 kl. 7:23
no auto mod sorting?
ThatOneGuy 21. feb. 2024 kl. 10:02
thank you for ur hard work on a game we all love
Mayor 17. jan. 2024 kl. 12:15
Some of the features people have been asking for are quite funny, good comment section. Thanks for making this mod.
"MrHindsight" 2. jan. 2024 kl. 9:22
I concur! A search function would be a nice feature to quickly find item in the load order and select it.
Another awesome feature that could be added if possible is to be able to hold shift to select multiple items, and hold ctl to multi select items individually.
Thank you so much!
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 1. jan. 2024 kl. 9:44
@RaptorMother
You have to find the file on your computer. It's in C:\Users\yourusername\Zomboid\mods\default.txt on Windows. There is also C:\Users\yourusername\Zomboid\Lua\saved_modlists.txt for the presets.
RaptorMother 1. jan. 2024 kl. 5:03
Hi sorry, you mention how you can share load order, but I can't find out how. Is it saved somewhere? Is there a button ingame? Where is the load order I can export?
The General 27. dec. 2023 kl. 5:19
@Panopticon Thank you for your reply! I dropped the server mode, but unfortunately to no effect. After some trial and error, here's how I got it working: disable all mods in the server window and in the main mod manager window. Allow the reload of lua and then go back into the mod manager and activate only the mod manager and this mod, then accept. The lua will reload, then re-enter the mod manager and activate the manager server and accept. Lastly, enter the mod manager, enter the mod server window. The enhanced button appeared and I was able to load my mod list with the new enhanced increments present. Thanksyou for an awesome mod! No more clickety clicks x 350+ for me any more :)
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 26. dec. 2023 kl. 19:33
@BNUNNY
Try loading only Mod Manager and this mod. If your full modlist does not show it, but by itself it works, there is a mod conflict.
The General 26. dec. 2023 kl. 19:28
I have mod manager, mod manager: server, and then this mod installed. I've had these near the top of my list and at the bottom, however in either case, I haven't been able to see the (enhanced load order button in the mod manager server window or any of the new buttons to move in increments in my load order window. Any ideas? I've tried reading around for possible conflicts, but I haven't seen any. Thanks!
Kyrrisayo 16. dec. 2023 kl. 21:45
This is amazing! Thank you so much!
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 4. dec. 2023 kl. 0:10
@VinciOP
Thanks. I think a search function would be nice too, but I have really just been swamped with work for half a year already.
Bananaut 4. dec. 2023 kl. 0:04
From what i said below, what i do to ease finding the mod is by disabling the mod in mod manager and enabling it again, after that the mod you want will be put in the lowest order:spiffo:
Bananaut 4. dec. 2023 kl. 0:02
This is a good mod but it would be good if it had a search function integrated in it so the user can find mods easily on the list, just a suggestion overall this is a great mod
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 27. nov. 2023 kl. 21:13
@Heisenburger
Yes, you can share load orders if you both have the same mods installed. Should make setting up hosted multiplayer games much faster than vanilla.
Heisenburger 26. nov. 2023 kl. 10:44
Can I copy or take a certain load order from someone else?
Maybe take it from the mod's file? and if there isn't any could it be added?
isturnburg 3. nov. 2023 kl. 22:45
Could we get a search function to narrow our list searching time? Huge load order and i spend a good chunk trying to find conflicts in mod lists. Thank you by the way for this tool, its great!
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 24. okt. 2023 kl. 11:50
@gargoyl
You can still request features, but thank you kindly.
gargoyl 24. okt. 2023 kl. 8:44
Hey, there's a feature I'd like to request. Just kidding- excellent mod, thank you, and good luck on your degree!
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 17. okt. 2023 kl. 0:02
New update:
Added French (FR) translation (thank you Zunder!)
DOOMGUY 15. okt. 2023 kl. 6:56
Mod Manager server gets their IDS not only the mod names. Server needs both mod names and workshop ids
Panopticon  [ophavsmand] 12. okt. 2023 kl. 13:27
@Stanke
I don't have the means to figure out how to make Mod Manager and Mod Manager: Server properly interact with each other, but I do know that the modlists are saved to files. If you can find those files somewhere like "c:\Users\<user>\Zomboid\Lua\saved_modlists.txt" then you will be able to handle it much faster.
