i think i've found the reason why its not working, i was tinkering around with my new PC a last night and i switched to fullscreen and my spawnmenu was blue, whent back to windowed and it wasn't blue any more, did you test this mod in windowed or fullscreen? it seems to only work with fullscreen

Calm down, I have a solution if you really want this work, try to extract the GMA file (if you don't know how contact me) and after, copy the material folder to your garrysmod/garrysmod and merge materials folder.

I love this spawnmenu reskin! I think this is your best one yet.

Hum... If you speak about the texture of the model in the screen it's a HD reskin (not by me) that I found in workshop I'll tell you the name later if you want (when I'll re-open Gmod)

Okay sorry I think you said that the addon not working yet, because many of the people critical spawnmenu just by what he does not know how to make it work ... short I tried to do almost the style of steam, but the background is dark for me :| it's weird. And if you want to do your own reskin for the spawnmenu you have te extract the file gwenskin.png from the .vpk into materials/gwenskin/gmoddefault.png you extract that into C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\materials\gwenskin and after you have to edit the "material" with photoshop or gimp and that all :)

it's not a problem. i was just saying i didn't notice the change at first because this skin looked almost similar to the default. in the spawn menu the background appears brighter for me than it appears in the screenshot. it's a great addon, i'd make my own background if i knew how

you can see the change on the photo ... and the basic spawnmenu is white theme and here it's more black. But if you can not find the difference is that you have a problem to see

Humm ... This addon is only a material not a lua script so I don't think it's crash you It will be an another addon but try to disable It and restart your game and see if it's crash again
