Not Exactly. there are differences here:
Liquidator's Lid has a Knit cap/Tuque.
Spectre's Rag is a Durag/Bandana.

Both shades are round yes, but there is gold frame on Liquidator's Lid, This one does not have a gold frame surrounding it.

This Cosmetic is based on Sanford from Madness Combat, while Liquidator's Lid is based on Léon from the movie Léon: The Professional
