However, the immunocompromised trait in this mod is more powerful than the version in Corsairmarks' mod, so if you ignore Fleet Admiral, then this mod works fine.
However, I have to point out, as much as I like the effect, I'm not sure why the Immunocompromised trait is affecting their life span in a positive way. Or at least, why it's several hundred years. With the Asari, that makes sense, they are a long lived race originally. But for the quarians, I would have expected instead something like reduced Housing usage, or a small hull repair amount, or something that actually reflects the Migrant Fleet.
I'm just saying, if I'm making an empire and deciding between Asari and Quarian portraits, they shouldn't have similar life spans to start out with.
