Seems like it may only work if the gate is on the correct side(s) of the square? When I try to cut open a gate standing on the north side of it, my charaacter tries to find a way to be on the south side of the gate before cutting.

For many people who like to open doors in a civilized way,There used to be a mod with the same name, which could not only be used to dismantle metal doors in military locations with a blowtorch, but also to dismantle garage rolling gates. It does not work for this mod.
