Could always go with something based on Religion and Loyalty for her ability, as Mind Control is kinda her thing. Possibly give her a bonus if she's religiously dominant over other empires as well as a bonus to help her get a Great Prophet early.

For personality agenda, if going the religious domination route, she could easily use Basil (Byzantium)'s agenda of trying to spread religion, and liking empires who have her religion (and are thus under her control) and disliking those who are not.

修复了全万神和全信条的bug。现在能正确地在建立首都后获得万神殿和信条了。
