Guy is a *little* bit strong. Just sayin. Either he swongles you in close range or it's a wall of projectiles and explosions that last forever. Almost beat him, but it was against a friend who didn't have much experience with him or YOMI Hustle, so I can only imagine a seasoned player absolutely wiping the floor with people.

To the person below me, this can happen to most modded characters, just go to options, scroll all the way down, and there is an option called "delete character cache" or smth similar. it will close the game and pretty much just refresh Null characters, fixing them. there is also a mod that automatically does this upon closing the game.

@soppyamoeba8402 it's a DI mix, even at 0 DI it doesn't combo into itself and at high combo count, the pushback doesn't allow a combo at all

This mod's cool, but oh my god this is so stupidly overpowered. One combo and you're dead.

can excision flash cut please be able to teleported out of, it's ridiculous that the character can just teleport to you if you are out of range and the only thing you can do about it is take medium damage at least, and torrential amounts at worst, I understand modded characters are not going to be "balanced" compared to the vanilla cast, but I think people would like the ability to dodge the move

Just delete character cache, it's one of the last things in options. This applies to every single other modded character.

Nilfheim is glitching out, when you select him his name switches to "Null", then the game crashes

It’s happening a lot to many characters on the workshop, to fix the “null” bug all you have to do is go to the in-game options and click “delete character cache,” which should fix the issue. Other problems like crashes are beyond me, though.

Can you roll back the update? One of the latest updates have prevented Nilfheim from loading, causing it to load as Null and crash the game for both players. Please fix T-T this was working and only stopped recently in the last week or two.

i think that execution flashcut is too op for setup characters like wizard because the sheer threat of it just prevents proper setup. you can't setup a magic missile to protect your back like cowboy's impale since he has i frames while performing the attack. though i haven't played as or against this guy alot so take my words with a grain of salt.

Love this character. I find him to be very challenging to use at first, not knowing how to get in against my opponent, but when I figured it out ohoho boy. Feels great. IMO not broken. Combos feel seemless and intuitive. and just the right kind of projectiles for a swordie.

they did not have any skill presence in the old combos, you could literally jump or dash after any aerial to keep combo, most notably on brutal clause - which then led into a nuclear amount of damage using fire and brimstone. This change is for the best

NIFLHEIM used to be able to rely on this move to deal a lot of damage to the opponent, and if they could chain two "Fire and Brimstone" moves with a corner combo, it was even possible to knock out the opponent. This character used to rely heavily on its skill for damage, (like the low correction flame damage of "Vortex") now its normal attack damage has been enhanced..while the skill has been weakened.This is a bold innovation. But... I hope for a more gentle balance approach, now when I play, I feel less of... the skill characteristics of NIFLHEIM, after all, normal attacks can also deal a lot of damage, I just need to ensure continuous combos (ﾉω＼).

The balance change I care about the most is that the "Fire and Brimstone" move has a 34-frame startup time, so with low DI, it can be connected with a "Vortex" combo, while high DI is mostly limited to wall slams, and it can be escaped through DI. The height no longer significantly affects its damage to a certain extent, as the opponent cannot escape and it will explode mid-air. And moreover, if the "Fire and Brimstone" move is used consecutively twice, the second use will have full correction, meaning there won't be a fixed damage......

9/10 mod, feels too slow to keep up with his high knockback moves

every time i try to play this character the game crashes ?

If you make a taunt make the sword talk driving you insane or smth. that junk would be heat.

if theres ever another update adding a hustle would be neat

know its prob way to late but will he ever get a taunt.
