a person once said " if you put your whole economy into some virtual items you deserve to lose them when the time arrives" why we should care we ruin the economy of like 20 persons for ruin the fun of obtain one for millions of players?

wont get added because it will negatively affect the value of discontinued energy orb weapons. and we know valve doesnt want to hurt poor traders feelings

I agree with ⁿ_ⁿ, not only do some weapons look very weird, but also compared to the other unusual weapon effects this one is a lot weirder and we already have the hot unusual effect which this just is but with an added white swirl for some reason, no offense, still looks cool on some weapons. Besides, I don't think they're going to add any more weapon unusual effects.

It's really cool to see someone attempt this. Some of the weapons look great, like the Air Strike and Bazaar Bargain. But a few look just odd (like swords and stuff).
