can confirm that trying to re-equip a purchased specialization does not work(unequipped medic to swap to miner to regain workstation)

This is the only mod I can think of causing this problem, but I'm having issues picking skills that I've already unlocked. The button for some reason doesn't like to actually re-equip the skill half the time.
