This mod is a patch for UBE which reverts the torquito data back to vanilla and removes the high dud Chance. As you described

It's also requires a new game to take effect

Is this one now fixed in UBE and no longer needed? Seem to get a lot of duds still (have UBE, not using this mod).

No testing was performed with this mod. I am just dropping in vanilla torpedo data back into the game to overwrite UBE.
