If you want to spawn this entity (and others from any mod) in random locations on any map, you can use Saki's Entities Spawner mod:

everytime i do damage to him my pc hard freezes, i have a powerful pc 4070ti and when i shoot him or he hits something too hard, and he starts to break, it freezes my pc and i gotta resart to close teardown, this is the only thing that makes my game freeze like that.
