Halo 3 version would be grand

Im with albotoff on this one I wanna play as Arbiter on Halo 3.

yo is it possible if you could make a halo 3 version where in singleplayer you play as the arbiter and the master chief would be the npc

how do i update this mod?

I have try to use this mods and, sadly, it don't appear among my custom gamemode for Halo 3 ODST so, like say the comment under mine, this mods need to be updated for it can work.

Any chance you could do this for the basegame Halo 3 as well? Always hated the fact Arbiter was exclusively locked behind player 2

i love how the shield is visible but the health is similar to how the stamina works in that it turns red. I wish Halo 2, 3 and 4 had some kind of health indicator if they were dead set against a health bar but that's just me. This definitely feels like a good compromise in lieu of a health bar. Good job on this mod!

Good mod, though there are a few issues present:

Mombassa Streets is semi-functional; loading directly into the level works somewhat, but transitions to it are vanilla.
NMPD HQ just crashes on load.
The elites die in 3 hits or less, even higher ranked ones.
Data Hive is playable, but the Crooked Elite(?) doesn't move at all, so I assumed it was softlocked.

Other than that, I did like the drastic change in playstyle the mod offers.

As of right now this is the only playable arbiter mod i have planned i haven't released the update to this mod yet due to me being burned out of halo modding currently but as of right now this is the only halo mod i have planned to work on and update

Hello Spike. I was wondering if you have planned a script for play every Halo as Arbiter please? Also I wonder if it's possible to do a custom script where in every Halo games Arbiter can appear as a friendly AI ally who follow the players everywhere?

It will i just wanted to take some time away from halo modding to learn and mod new games for my youtube channel i will update this asap!

oh yeah probably the spartan laser because i forgot to set the animations for the spartan laser oops

edit: I think it might have something to do with starting with a splaser since its same deal with oni alpha sight

just played thru uplift reserve and the first person models for guns were invisible, although it could be because I didn't skip the cutscene. Otherwise it works fine and absolutely love it! Any chance we can get a firefight version of this with halo 3 characters?

One small problem is in the first rookie level, the visor mode tutorial prompts were invisible. It's beatable, but took a few minutes of pressing random buttons to get through. Other then that, works great!

Does the health system work like it did in halo 3 or is it odst's normal health system?

oh yeah that's a bug with ODST mods after completing a mission you have to manually select the mission as it will put you into a normal ODST mission instead

I boot up the game, clicked on the 'playable Arbiter' campaign selection and started it on Prepare to Drop and came out as Rookie. I'm wondering if then, that starting on Prepare to Drop might be swapping out your Arbiter programmed model for Rookies. I'll try it again tomorrow and see what happens.

Is this one of those things you need to swap out a DLL file for? Or do you just seem to see yourself as Rookie in first person but as Arbiter in third? Because I still seem to look like Rookie as far as I can tell.
