Are you going to update your older assets with j.p - Regular Forest to replace the use of Regular Trees 4 pack and Juniper to make them consistent with your more recent assets? Great work by the way, love your building style :-)

It seems to be heavy since the filesize is 30.96 MB. However, It is an entire collection of 12 plants, including different trees, shrubbery and tall grass. Each of them not too heavy for the performance. All the 12 plants are individuals, although they share the same folder, each one has its own characteristics.

As the entry doesn't give filesize:
30.9Mb - 6 trees, 2 bushes, 4 grass - all about 2.5Mb each.
No idea if they share textures.
