Here is a method provided by @chrism
- Go to folder Documents\Paradox Interactive\Victoria 3\shadercache\dx11 and delete the two folders inside (ps_5_0, vs_5_0). Do NOT delete the folder dx11 itself (as deleting this folder has caused troubles in the past in many PDX games)!

If it works the same way for Vic3 could you maybe make a separate version where the checksum would not change so I and others could use this in multiplayer?
Regardless I love this mod, best mod on the workshop.
1.5.2 changed the FX file, which caused the 1.4 version to crash
