well it's complicated, we've been working on a few ships actually! most of them are not the same size, some are bigger and there's a few smaller ships, content is up to date with stormworks detailing these days ( check SS Gilbert for a decent example ) so it's complicated but stuff is happening

Will the new ship be the same size and contents as this one?

do note that at the moment I'm working on a new ship that might be a new J&R ship, it's a bit complicated but right now the sapelo stuff is on hold for a bit for the new ship!

MS Sapelo 1952 ORIGINAL Update:
The update is almost complete, the new dome works, engine was replace but I haven't added cooling yet because I forgot, New flag to replace the block one,
New engine controls (I will have to make a video on it but it will definitely be easier to turn on the the older version!).

MS Sapelo 1952 / Older J&R Ship exterior & interior asset PACK:
I'm currently trying to work on a pack for the interiors of the MS Sapelo 1952 and some of the older J&R ships (examples: Edisto, Spammals) that I've taken the time remodel / revamp!

MS Sapelo 1952 NEW Update:
The interior and exterior have been completely gutted, work has been done to make the interior more lag friendly, XML railing has been semi complete, and basic superstructure changes!

I cant get sink to work even if i spawn it as misiion orm am i doing it wrong that i open addon editor load it and click test location?

Actually i get it to work like poseidon sink like really good sink capsized really well but you need to open some doors so water come in and stuck ship upside down

@IronChad, bit of a personal request, but could you also modify the ship to be able to capsize Poseidon Adventure style?

this ship also takes waves like a pro, I took it out to the middle of the map (in between main island and arctic) of the seed 421403, waves to max, she stayed upright EVEN after I sent a tsunami her way

for realllll, I'm still working on it but I've been side tracked with other projects and things, it's almost complete sinking and all, the engines need to be redone because I forgot the radiators xD

I'm testing the sinking at the moment and everything looks like it's working, I need to add better coolant to the new engines, change some door frames, add the engineering compartment sink to make it work better and add some new deck chairs and mail room shelves, and then work on the remastered sapelo

Hand me a file on disc if you've got a latter version, I can take a look if you want Iron

there's a way to make it work but it's not going to be able to fall like it use to, I wish they didn't mess it up because I loved how good it looked when I made it

I would scrap the skylights entirely. They are broken completely.

quality of life update will be done either today or tomorrow (that's if I can figure out a good alternative to the sky light issue that the dev's messed up xD)

The MS Sapelo will get an update in the future, I'm not sure when but I will find time for it after I get the older J&R ships remastered which is coming along great! I have the MS Spammals & MS Edisto 1 already built I just need to do interior work and before I do that I need to make a pack for all the detailing so be prepared for that!
