As far as I'm aware, Vegas assets are encrypted, or something along the lines; really freaking hard to get anything out of the game files
But you'll need either the Splinter Cell Animated Playermodels or the Bourne Conspiracy ones. (You can also have both)
-Note this is my fav Nightvision goggles mod so this is not a negative review in anyway.
1. I wish I could customize the NVG's more like Modern Warfare NVG mod, for example I wish I could control brightness, the blooming so it doesn't overbloom my ironsights, maybe options for more realistic nightvision cone overlays that I can select somewhere. An options menu?
2. I wish it actually displayed a model of the nightvision goggles on my head when deployed, like Modern Warfare NVG mod, doesn't need to have a deploy animation like Modern Warfare NVG but in a future update that would be cool too.
3. There's some console commands, what do these do? What does "Allow Player Loadouts" console command do? How would I create a custom loadout choice for the different nightvision options? Can I turn off some of the different modes?
Unknown command: -NVGBASE_SWITCH (x2)
Binding specific goggles to keys works, but it prints this on console everytime
1. SetString - [C]:-1
2. unknown - lua/autorun/nvgbase.lua:20
3. unknown - lua/includes/modules/concommand.lua:54
how can i fix this?
1: The opaque box extends too high
2: If you look away from an enemy being tracked that is chasing you, the nvg goes seizure mode
3: Some entites, for example grenades and rockets, are not tracked at all
Otherwise great mod!
