For those claiming she's "impossible" on Ultra Instinct, she's not. She just has almost every conceivable buff she can have: turbo mode, superarmor, and overtuned moves.
Use Shovel Knight. Spam Anchor > Forward Smash. She always walks into it since she wants to use Up Special's hitbox as an opener, and dies incredibly early cause she can't DI to save her life.
If you were expecting some insane combos tho? Sorry to disappoint. All she does is spam a single move on turbo mode then kill you with literally anything else, like Down Tilt or Neutral Air. Kinda lame.

The LV 1 es beatable, I just beat her with Zetterburn, I recomend you to practice parry enemy attacks. It surelly have some busted things but as the creator sayed, she's just silly with lv1.

And @Lukaru yes I saw that!!! She knows how to use her moveset and really like her behaviour.

Lv 1 is meant to be silly
For the other levels, she's just stronger than average since she's coded to know how to use her moves

Have you tried setting Noelle at lv 1? I play bad cause I'm new at the game, but this character is still very different from every other character that I have tried and I don't think it's normal. I recently tested this again against characters like Gigachad or Saitama (which are VERY powerful) with a friend and found out that at lv 1 (Snow Angel form) she becomes literally inmortal. By testing I mean by putting three lv 9 CPUs in the same team vs a single lv 1 Noelle, and guess who won.

Its funny theres now 2 noelle mods. The other being Snowgrave Noelle

It's a very nice mod, but CPUs are INSANELY overpowered. When fighting against her at level 1 she enters in some kind of godmode which is VERY unbalanced and nearly impossible to beat, she also parries a lot of attacks (at every level), which doesn't happen with any other foe and makes fighting against her not fun and feel unfair at some point. Use this character to fight other people instead of CPUs, because it has very nice mechanics, animations, attacks and soundtrack. The fun just disappears when a level 1 CPU goes into godmode or a level 2 CPU starts parrying 90% of attacks, and the fact that they will dance after every single kill and you just can't doesn't help at all.
