@Mashie Yes, it was a secret thing. If you kill 13 dips or small black flies in one room, then they start to drop cross pickups when you kill them (there is a counter for the pickups). If there is a 6 in the counter you get a reward. So when you have 6, 16, 26, or 60, 61, 62 cross pickups etc, you get a reward. At 66, 166, 266 etc you get a random devil room item. And at 666 you get...well i won't tell you lol.

Rocks have 5% chance to be replaced with poops.
In Dross it will be replaced to Corny Poop.
In Sheol it will be replaced to Black Poop.
In Cathedral it will be replaced to White Poop.

not gonna lie i feel like the normal henry is a bit of a weak character since poop and black flies are like non-existent once you reach depth and onwards
