How can you stop the player bar from changing stats it is showing? For ex. Players rating in game goes off and then on again

It does not work after subscribing and restarting the game, the skin does not appear in the settings

更新显示文件丢失，请取消订阅，再重新订阅。
我试着问steam客服，但是客服无法解决问题，告知我是游戏的问题。
所以接下来的更新，我只能重新上传另外的文件，并在这边提醒大家。
另外，中间版也快发布了。

I tried to ask steam customer service, but the customer service couldn't solve the problem. They told me it was a game problem.
