That dude thinks you made Halo 3 and are willing to create some more backgrounds somehow lol
also the issue you mentioned earlier has never happened to me so i don't know what's up with that
The only difference I noticed is that this video used to be almost 4 GB but now is only 1 GB
1. After the download is ready, go to steam\steamapps\workshop\content\976730\2898873550
2. Copy FMS_MainMenu_v2.bk2 from the workshop folder
3. Go to steam\Halo The Master Chief Collection\MCC\Content\Movies
4. Paste the mod to Movies folder
5. Set Menu Music Volume to 1 in MCC audio settings
6. If the video doesn't play in correct menu background, go to MCC settings -> Video -> Configure Backgrounds -> Main Menu Background and select Evergreen (default video background for main menu)
